We understand and can advise the margins needed actually to have a viable business. In addition, indications on costs of making your collection help with estimations of shipping costs, warehousing, customs/duties, and all other elements you need to establish before starting your brand.
We can help you understand your business's different life cycles, how you can best prepare for each stage, and the key personnel needed internally and externally.
Sustainability + Ethics
We can assist with recycled/ethically sourced yarn/fabric selection from our hundreds of fabric suppliers. In addition, we have strong relationships with hundreds of fully audited factories both in factory and social compliance, with international audit certifications.
We can help you understand ethical sourcing vs what is purely marketing. We live in a sustainable space, having helped many of our brands build their business on this foundation. We understand the extra costs attached to going down this path, the pitfalls and what will help guide you to make the best decisions on your budget requirements.
We can point towards Blue Sign approved factories or those with other certifications required to meet your companies compliance regulations.
Manufacturer Sourcing
We work with many different factories worldwide, with a particular focus on the finest and most trusted factories in Asia.
We only work with quality factories that are audited and produce for well-known brands and have a focus on premium finished products. We will help you negotiate fair prices and position you in the right factories based on volume and budget.
Nearly all of our factories don't advertise, as they have a great reputation and have repeat customers from established brands. Our suppliers you will not find online or by cold calling; they only work with established companies like ours who we have worked with before for many years.
We can do the first factory visits with you and help you understand the dynamics of what to look out for in contract manufacture. After that, we aim to help you get set up to a point where our services are no longer needed.
Fabric Sourcing + Development
Athletic Endeavour's team has been sourcing and developing innovative fabrics for over 20 years through all corners of the globe. They have seen a lot happen during that time and truly understand what customers are looking for.
We engineer most of our fabrics from the yarn up. We work with our clients to understand the performance attributes they need to achieve, which can be determined through yarn selection/combinations, weight, gauges used, and the multitudes of applications on the market.
We also attend all the major fabric trade fairs worldwide and have a close working relationship with some of the world's leading yarn manufacturers. If you can't meet MOQ's, we can assist you in the direction of stock fabric services we have worked with for many years. We have vast experience in the sustainability space, so we can propose alternatives if this is the direction you wish to take.
We can build fabrics to price points, thus allowing you to build your products with the fundamentals needed to achieve your price targets.
Sampling + Production
We can guide you through the production process, ensuring all matters are covered and signed off before production is ready to start.
We can organise inline production checks, and once the production has ended, we request shipment samples to approve the bulk production finally. We can also organise third-party QC and AQL inspections throughout the production process if required.
If required, we can do a post-production inspection from our internal team (if possible due to COVID conditions)
Supply Chain
Our founders have accumulated decades of experience and contacts in moving products over the globe. We also have external suppliers to recommend with particular experience in moving goods from Asia to Europe and beyond. We understand tariffs/duties, regulations between regions, best shipping methods, 3PL's and the nuts and bolts of establishing your own DC center.
If we don't know, we can point you to a provider with introductions to forwarding companies we know and trust.
Branding + Creative
A companies brand is the most important part of relaying a strong message. This includes the aesthetics of the logo itself but, importantly, how this logo represents all areas of the business’s philosophy now and in the future.
We can work with you on the look and feel of your brand, re-branding, refinements, and the creative category. A business should be seamless in all customer-facing assets such as website, photography, videography, visual graphics. We have extensive experience in this, having helped every one of our clients in this area.
Marketing + Industry Analysis
We have an extremely comprehensive understanding of the performance textiles/apparel industry and know who the businesses are, trends, and the innovations in each facet of this category. As a result, we can help you understand where your business sits and, importantly, how and to whom your products should be marketed.
